As a healthcare professional, I always find baking very therapeutic. I have been in the kitchen since I was little, helping my mom bake for holidays, or if my dad was insisting on some cookies for dessert that evening. I started making sourdough over 10 years ago just to try something new, and I was hooked! After practicing and perfecting my recipes over time, I decided to take my breads and cookies to work, as nurses and doctors will eat pretty much anything if its in the break room. After years of encouragement, I decided to take the leap and open my own cottage home bakery!
